We’re a day late with our Christmas dinner this year, but it’s not a problem.

We enjoyed the roast chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, salad, pickles and olives as well as many cookies for dessert (along with some Canadian Ice Wine).

Simple and sweet. Good food, prepared at home with love. A family meal, enjoyed with each other’s company, talking, laughing, eating, enjoying. Love.
