Today, at my daughter’s elementary school there was a bazaar. One part of the bazaar was mochi tsuki / 餅搗き. I helped making the mochi.

I was able to buy some butter today.

It’s been a while since I posted anything. We’re enjoying another long weekend now and I had a chance to do some cooking this weekend.

This is a great food when you need a cinnamon fix.
