Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread

This is a great food when you need a cinnamon fix.

So, I had a craving for something with cinnamon today. I guess my sugar-cinnamon-butter levels were running low and affecting my thinking.Cinnamon buns were a possibility but they are a bit of work. I’ve been wanting to make some Monkey Bread, but the recipes I looked at used a lot more butter than I had on hand.I decided to go with a recipe I found for cinnamon pull-apart bread that looked easy enough and wouldn’t take loads of time.The recipe was easy to make and it smelled great. But how did it taste?This was my first time making a pull-apart bread. I was interested in this idea because when I make cinnamon buns I usually give most of them away just so that I won’t eat them all. By making smaller pieces of bread, I reasoned I wouldn’t eat as much.Honestly, this logic was pure stupidity! The bread turned out fantastic. Because the pieces are smaller you start saying, “One more.” over and over.Luckily, my family walked away from the table with only a third or so of it eaten.This is dangerously good food, my friends. Beware!I will definitely be making this recipe again, and again.
