Banana Chocolate Pie

Here’s the pie we had for dessert at today’s cooking lesson.

This, my friends is a great pie!


The crust has a bit more salt added to it compared with a regular fruit pie crust. This helps to balance the sweetness and creaminess.


Next is a banana-caramel layer which is soft, sweet and banana-y.


After that, bananas are sliced over the caramel layer.


Then, cream is whipped and then a coffee syrup is mixed in. This gets dumped over the bananas.


Finally, shaved chocolate goes on the top.


Yummy, yummy, goes your tummy!
