Sudachi Pie

I made Sudachi pie, using some of the many Sudachis recently received from friends and family.

It's that time of year when we receive many Sudachis from friends and family. We usually make a lot of juice and slowly drink the juice with water and sugar.A few years ago I made a meringue pie with Sudachis, but this year I decided to make something different.I followed the basic recipe for making Key Lime Pie but used Sudachis instead of Key Limes.Thankfully we still have more Sudachi juice in our fridge because this pie disappeared pretty quickly.For those of you living in Tokushima, here's another delicious way to use your Sudachis.
