Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers.

In memory of my mother, I baked a raisin pie for our Mother’s Day dinner.

The pie is simple to make and simple in taste but it is comfort food.

Mothers provide comfort, as mine did and now my wife does for our children.

A simple present in honour of mothers was enjoyed by all after dinner.
