It's a long weekend and I received my daily email from Bon Appetit magazine, filled with various recipes. What to do, what to do?

We made three of the recipes, and all were delicious. Let me focus on one of them here.

The recipe is called Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Caesarish Dressing, and the photo they posted looks much better than our final product. The taste is really good, though.

A marinade is divided in half at the beginning, half for the chicken to marinade, the other half becoming the mayo for the sandwich. The sauce came together quickly and was great-tasting.

We marinated the chicken all afternoon, then began prepping the barbecue.

The chicken grilled nicely, developed good flavors and stayed moist.

When we put the burgers together and began eating, they tasted great and disappeared quickly. Luckily there was enough for seconds.This recipe is definitely one that we will make again because it was easy to make, tasted great, and was satisfying without us feeling stuffed.Thanks, Bon Appetit!
