A simple pie crust is on the bottom.

Next, a layer of custard covers the bottom of the pie.

On top of that, fresh strawberries were sliced then mixed with freshly made freezer jam and placed on top of the custard.

Whole strawberries cover the top of the pie.

Finally the top of the pie is covered with a jelly glaze.
